Return/Refund Policy

If you need to return and/or get a refund from any of our products, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There will be a return shipping fee of $6.00 USD and this fee will be deducted from your refund.  We will provide the return shipping label.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and for reasons not due to our error.  There will be a $6.00 USD restocking fee when you return your item and it will be deducted from your refund. We will provide the return shipping label.
